How to track my order?

There are 2 ways to track your order:Customer Order Status Page: When an order is placed, customers receive an order confirmation email or SMS, which includes a link to the order status page. This page provides real-time updates on the order's progress, including shipping updates.Shop App: Customers can also use the Shop app to track their orders. The app provides real-time order status updates, delivery notifications, and live-map tracking. Customers can download the Shop app on their mobile devices and use it to track any order with a valid tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, most orders will be delivered within 5-12 days, with a few exceptions (i.e. personalized items, national holidays, etc.).All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.Once processed, production time takes about 2-3 days.Standard shipping times range from 2-7 days during non-peak times of the year. Orders completed on U.S. Federal holidays or weekends may experience a slight delay in process time. All "Custom" Personalized Orders typically require 1-2 additional days for processing (7-14 days in total).﻿If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, under certain circumstance. Since we utilize a "made-to-order" business model, all items are only sent to production after an order has been created by the customer. As a result, customers have a 1 hour limit (from the time we receive your order) to request an order cancellation. Here are a few things to consider when contacting us regarding an error with either your order or the items you received:Damages or incorrect item(s) - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item(s) based on your order details, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Minor print variations (of about of 0.5"-1.0") in the placement or size of the print will not be considered as defects due to the nature of DTG products (Direct to Garment Printed Products). I never got my order, what to do?

Orders typically arrive in 3-10 days after purchase. What payment forms do you accept?

We accept payment using Shop Pay, Pay Pal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and most Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not ship internationally. Currently, we only ship to 48 states within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) due to extended shipping delays and international taxation rates.

Can I return an item?

We do have a 14-day return window (from date of delivery) for all eligible items, pending store approval. Not all store items are eligible for returns. Once all approved items have been returned and received back in our store, a refund (or store credit) will be issued. Can I exchange an item?

Due to the nature of our "Made-to-Order" business model, in which all items are produced after we receive our customer's order, we cannot offer direct product exchanges. However, store credit (or store gift cards) may be possible return/exchange options pending store approval. Therefore, we recommend that customers going through the return process as detailed in our Return Policy here. Once the return is accepted and a store credit (or gift card) is issued, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does the return process take?

When a customer submits a "Return Request," we carefully review their information to determine if the item(s) are eligible for a return based on our Return Policy guidelines. This initial step in the return process may take 2-3 business days.After a return has been approved, shipping information will then be sent to the customer's email address detailing how they can return the item(s) back to our store.Once we receive the item(s) back, we will process the refund. This final step in the return process may take up to 2-3 business days.Once the refund has been issued on our end, it may take 10-14 days (depending on your method of payment and financial institution) to see your refund applied back to your card or bank account.

When will sold out items be back in stock?

Since our company utilizes a "Made-to-Order" business model, we have greater flexibility when it comes to fulfilling out of stock items. In some cases, we are able to reroute an order to secondary trusted producer to satisfy a customer's unique product request. In this instance, there may be a slight delay of about 1-3 days for rerouting. In the case that we are not able to reroute a customer's specific order request to a secondary producer, the product restock delays may vary from days to weeks. Yes, we can! Special orders are available on a case-by-case basis with management approval to ensure that we are able to accommodate your specific needs in a timely manner and that all requests are in alignment with our company’s brand and vision. Please note that we accept bulk orders only (15+ items per purchase). Once we receive your special order request, we will reach out to you to gather your design details and share what material and printing options may be available.
