Shipping policy

In total, from the time an order is placed to the time it is expected to be delivered, it can take anywhere from 5-12 days for standard orders (7-14 days for personalized orders). 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders completed on U.S. Federal holidays or weekends may experience a delay in process time, but will resume the following business day.  

• Personalized Orders: Please allow for 1-2 additional days for processing if your order contains a personalized item. (i.e. customer name or picture added).

Production time is typically 2-3 days.

Standard shipping times (after production) range from 2-7 days during non-peak times of the year. 

If we are experiencing an abnormally high volume of orders (i.e. holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges may vary at times; therefore, this amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

*When applicable: We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer based on their region. 

*Shipping Regions: Currently, we only ship to 48 states within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) due to extended shipping delays. We also do not offer international shipping at this time.
